Manny Pacquiao has selected welterweight titleholder Jessie Vargas to be his next opponent. Or has he? It depends on who you believe.Pacquiao, 37, will come out of a brief retirement to fight Nov. 5 at the Thomas & Mack Center in Las Vegas in a pay-per-view view headliner.
