TORONTO - Andrea Bargnani is New York-bound, confirming the move himself on Twitter. The much-maligned Toronto Raptors centre tweeted Tuesday: "I am thrilled to become a New York Knick and lk forward to becoming a part of their storied franchise!!" The Raptors and Knicks agreed on a deal that would send the former No. 1 overall pick to New York, according to reports Monday, the first day of the NBA free agency period. The deal wont be official until July 10 when next seasons salary cap has been set. In return, the Raptors receive Knicks reserves Steve Novak, Marcus Camby and Quentin Richardson, who will be signed-and-traded. The Knicks are also sending the Raptors a 2016 first-round pick and two second-round picks. Bargnani is coming off an injury-shortened season that was his worst since his second year in the league, and had become a lightning rod for a struggling Toronto team that missed the playoffs this past season for the fifth year in a row. The Raptors attempted to trade Bargnani this past season before two significant elbow injuries derailed any serious interest. The puzzling Italian centre, who lked so gd at times the previous season, spent more than half this past campaign on the bench. The seven-ft, 256-pound centre was drafted first overall by Toronto in 2006, and went on to average 15.2 points, 4.8 rebounds and 1.3 assists per game over seven seasons in Toronto. The Raptors made the playoffs just once since drafting him. Bargnani has two years and about $22.2 million remaining on his contract. ds.com/Womens-Trysten-Hill-Inverted-Jersey/" target="_blank">Trysten Hill Cowboys Jersey . Morrow didnt get a decision at Minnesota on Tuesday when he allowed four hits and two runs in 3 2/3 innings. The 29-year-old right-hander saw the Blue Jays win, 9-3, but Morrow was removed after throwing 98 pitches on the cold night at Target Field. Hes 1-3 with a 3.92 ERA in 12 games (6 starts) against the Indians. Morrow is 0-5 over his last eight road starts and hasnt won an away contest since June 6, 2012 when he tossed a two-hit shutout against the White Sox. Carlos Carrasco counters on the hill for the Indians. The righty is seeking his first win as a starter since June 29, 2011 at Arizona. Carrasco snapped a personal nine-game skid with a relief victory against the Angels on Aug. 20 last season, but he has taken either a no-decision or a loss in each of his last 15 starting assignments. In his last start, on April 11 versus the White Sox, Carrasco gave up six hits and five runs in 4 2/3 innings to lose for the second time in as many starts this season. His lone appearance against the Blue Jays resulted in a hefty loss when he surrendered seven hits and five runs in just three innings. The Indians have left 19 men on base through the first two games of this set and are in danger of being swept by the Blue Jays for the first time since May 3-5, 2010, with that series also taking place in Cleveland. On Saturday, Dioner Navarro drove in three runs to back another stellar start from Mark Buehrle in a 5-0 final. Buehrle (4-0) spun seven-plus scoreless innings, surrendering just four hits and three walks while striking out three to remain unbeaten on the season. The veteran left-hander has given up just two runs in four starts this year. "Hes just locked in right now," Toronto manager John Gibbons said of Buehrle. "One thing about Buehrle is he pitches to win. He doesnt pitch for stats. You get guys in this game who pitch for stats, he pitches to win and you need more guys like that." Jose Bautista added an RBI and two runs scored and Jose Reyes, whod been on the disabled list since aggravating a left hamstring injury on Opening Day, also knocked in a run for the Jays, who had lost two straight before claiming Fridays series opener. Cleveland starter Corey Kluber (1-2) yielded all five runs -- four earned -- on nine hits and three walks over 6 2/3 frames to absorb his first home loss since May 31, 2013 against Detroit. Asdrubal Cabrera recorded one of the four hits for the Indians, who have lost three straight and seven of their last nine games overall. "You just cant fall into the frustration and letting that affect you," Cleveland manager Terry Francona said of his teams recent struggles. "Its easy in this game (to get frustrated) and were going to have to fight through that." Cleveland won four of the six meetings last season.
