Kangars coach Mal Meninga has named five debutants in his squad for Fridays Four Nations opener against Scotland in Hull and made 10 changes to the side that beat New Zealand in Perth earlier this month.Matt Moylan will start at fullback, James Maloney is named at five-eighth, Justin ONeill selected in the centres with Manly young gun Jake Trbojevic at lock.Sydney Rsters hker Jake Friend forms part of a five-man bench with Meninga opting against resting Cameron Smith for the match against the tournament minnows.Maloneys selection caps off a fantastic 12 months in which he won a grand final in his first season with Cronulla and hell partner Cper Cronk, who is making his 30th Test appearance, in the halves.Greg Inglis, Johnathan Thurston, Matt Scott and Darius Boyd have been omitted with one eye very much on next Saturdays clash with New Zealand at Coventry.Meninga insisted theres no such thing a weak Australia team and said all of his 24-man squad are capable of stepping up when called upon.We can make a full-strength side with any of these group of players. Meninga said.I always planned to ensure the entire 24-man squad has played across the Perth Test, and the Four Nations match against Scotland. That will set us up nicely for the rest of the tournament. After facing Scotland and New Zealand on November 5 the Kangars face England at the London Stadium on seven days later and Meninga said nothing is set in stone in terms of his strongest starting line-up.I do have an idea of what my best possible squad will be, but all players know that they can break into the top team with a strong performance.Team: Matt Moylan, Josh Mansour, Justin ONeill, Josh Dugan, Blake Ferguson, James Maloney, Cper Cronk, Aaron Wds, Cameron Smith (capt), David Klemmer, Sam Thaiday, Tyson Frizell, Jake Trobojevic. Ertz is on a three-game streak of catching six or more passes and has a favorable matchup against Green Bay. Eifert has a tougher matchup in Baltimore, a team that has allowed the second-fewest points to opponents tight ends this year, but he also will be higher on his teams passing-target priority list, given the injuries to A.J. Green and Giovani Bernard. That latter factor gives Eifert the edge in this one. -- KCTom Brady or Marcus Mariota? Standard scoring #StartSitESPN - Frank Meisl (@M0neyintheFRANK) November 27, 2016Mariota has scored 20 or more fantasy points in three consecutive games and is facing a Bears defense that ranks 19th in vertical yards per attempt (11.3 on aerials traveling 11 or more yards downfield). Brady has been just as prolific, but he is listed as questionable for this contest and the Patriots have a banged-up receiving corps. That makes Mariota the safer pick, but consider Brady an upside option if your matchup requires going that route. -- KCCarr or newton?? #StartSitESPN- Jon Carbajal (@carbsnine) November 27, 2016Carr is facing a Panthers defense that has allowed a single-digit fantasy point total to opponents running backs in four contests this season. Add that to a Panthers secondary that has allowed 13.2 yards per vertical pass attempt this season (ranked 29th) and it will push Oakland to lean on the downfield passing attack very much in this game. That gives Carr the advantage here. -- KC@ESPNFantasy win and in...getting t cute playing Will Tye over Travis Kelce or trust the numbers? Also Kap over Tannenhill?#StartSitESPN - Steve Becker (@sbeck1226) November 27, 2016Tye ranks tied for first among tight ends this week in my matchup rating system, as his 100 score is at the top of this system that grades matchup strength on a 0-100 scale. That makes him a potential start over Kelce, who has a zero score in this category, but given their respective rankings on their teams passing target priority list, the suggestion would be to start Kelce over Tye unless you need to play for upside potential. Would start Kaepernick over Tannehill due in large part to Kaepernicks rushing ability, as he ranks fourth among quarterbacks in that category despite missing five games. -- KC#StartSitESPN Carr or Rodgers?- Chris matthews (@Cmatthews8699) November 27, 2016As noted earlier, Carr has the benefit of facing a Panthers defense that has struggled to stop vertical passes. Having noted this edge, Rodgers faces an Eagles defense that ranks 23rd in vertical YPA (11.7). Rodgers also has the fantasy ftball advantage of a Packers secondary that might be the worst in the league (14.3 vertical YPA, ranked last). That latter factor makes this game likely to turn into a shtout and thus gives Rodgers an upside edge that makes him the selection here. -- KC#startsitespn Steve smith sr or Doug Baldwin? - Nate (@natefrontiero) November 27, 2016I penned an Insider article this past week noting how Baldwin is perfectly suited to repeat his dominant late season point production level from last season. That upside level should start today against a Buccaneers secondary that has allowed 28 or more points to opponents wide receivers in six games this season. Add these two factors together and Baldwin is the choice in this one. -- KCRavens or Pats D/ST? (jets fan) #StartSitESPN- George Williams III (@georgedathird) November 27, 2016Prior to last weeks game against the powerhouse Dallas offense, the Ravens were on a three-game streak of posting double-digit fantasy points. That trend could continue against a Cincinnati offense that ranks 20th in ESPN Stats & Informations pass protection metric. Combine that with the Bengals not having Green or Bernard and there is more than enough justification to leave the Jets defense on the bench so you dont have to rt against your favorite team. -- KC@ESPNFantasy with Tom Brady still questionable, would you start Brees early or risk waiting for Brady? #StartSitESPN - Kevin Harencame (@minusthesurvive) November 27, 2016Brees has a 35 score in my matchup grading system that measures matchup strength on a 0-100 scale (with 100 being the most favorable). That is the toughest matchup among top-10 fantasy quarterbacks. Since Brady practiced in full on Friday, the odds are gd that he will be a full go this week. That makes Brady a better option and worth waiting for. -- KC#StartSitESPN Marcus Mariota or Matt Ryan today?- Aaron Hoxworth ?? (@a_hox10) November 27, 2016I recently wrote an Insider article detailing how Ryans scoring inconsistencies were due mostly to a lack of success in the short passing game. Those issues could show up against a powerful Cardinals secondary that ranks second in quarterback fantasy points allowed per game (12.2). The Chicago defense is quite banged up this week, so Mariota should be able to extend his streak of scoring 20 or more points to four straight games, so give him the start in this one. -- KC@ESPNFantasy #StartSitESPN Lambo or Gostkowski - Fabian Rosas Reyes (@FaboRoss) November 27, 2016Its not often that kicker questions are asked! Lambo has been more apt to hit the double-digit point level this year (something hes achieved five times), but he is also only two games removed from a gse egg against Denver. Gostkowski is on the higher-powered offense, and the Jets are a very favorable matchup, so go with the percentages and start Gostkowski. -- KCSpencer ware or thomas rawls? #StartSitESPN- K1NG JAMES (@GingerSnapp20) November 27, 2016I have Rawls and Ware just one spot from one another, with Rawls getting the nod for being on the better overall offense with Seattle surging of late. I also dig the matchup a gd deal, as the Bucs have ceded nearly 150 total yards per game to backs. The Broncos have been generous, as well, but the conservative Kansas City offense limits the scoring appeal enough to side with Rawls. -- J.M.@ESPNFantasy need one RB in standard league. Smallwd, Starks, or Tevin Coleman? #StartSitESPN - Marc Menninga (@marvnettinga) November 27, 2016Maybe its surprising, but Im going with Wendell Smallwd here. Tea leaves suggest hes in line for a majority share of early-down touches, while the Packers defense has proved to be the leagues worst over the past month. -- J.M.#StartSitESPN Olsen or Ertz? - Mike S. (@bojamma17) November 27, 2016The Raiders have allowed the eighth-most fantasy points per game to tight ends, while Olsen remains a steady weapon for Cam Newton. In a game that could trend pass-heavy for Carolina against a strong Oakland offense, Olsen is my top-rated tight end of the day. Ertz is in a nice spot but simply doesnt claim similar consistency or as high a ceiling as Olsen. -- J.M.@ESPNFantasy #StartSitESPN Jordan Howard or Wendell Smallwd PPR- Nathan Ducharme (@ducharme_nathan) November 27, 2016Howards workload has proved voluminous and rewarding, especially with his ability to build out a strong day from scrimmage in the passing game. Given increased cost certainty, hes my preferred play of these two. -- J.M.Sproles or Crowell??? #StartSitESPN - John a viltz jr (@Viltzjr) November 27, 2016Crowell has a higher ceiling in the scoring sense, while Sproles appears back to his more limited change-of-pace role after a few weeks as the teams de facto feature. Siding with Cros ceiling. -- J.M.#StartSitESPN Smallwd or Powell for PPR?- Kyle Armstrong (@spotrightkyle) November 27, 2016Weve seen Smallwd handle a heavy workload once this season, and I believe we see a repeat as he consumes a featured early-down share against the Pack this week. -- J.M.#StartSitESPN gronk or kelce? - Lindsay Ross (@lindsay020 November 27, 2016This is a case where Ill take the cost certainty of Travis Kelce over the wider outcome spectrum of Gronk. Kelce has led the Chiefs in targets and yardage with Jeremy Maclin out, so there is a nice flr present. -- J.M.#StartSitESPN rishard mathews or allen robinson?- Colts Coverage (@Colts_Coverage) November 27, 2016Matthews has been awesome since Marcus Mariotas streak of elite production started in Week 5, but Im still chasing Allen Robinsons prolific ceiling and play-making ability. There is, once again, potential for the late-game script to prove pass-happy for the Jags, feeding Robinsonn with another valuable double-digit target haul.dddddddddddd -- J.M.#StartSitESPN Who is a better WR to start? Thomas or Benjamin - Brent Bodziak (@Brent9716) November 27, 2016I have Benjamin a bit higher -- David Amerson is banged up a bit for the Raiders, and Oakland has yielded 185.1 receiving yards per game to wideouts this season, third-most in the league. -- J.M.@ESPNFantasy @MatthewBerryTMR Cam Brate, Jared Ck or injured Gronk at TE? #StartSitESPN- Jerry (@bigjer01) November 27, 2016This isnt the balky hamstring from earlier this season for Gronk, as in its not a speed or agility limitation by all accounts. That said, Ill take him all day over these options. Its certainly a risk to play him, but its also a real risk to sit him. Not sure that applies to these alternatives. -- J.M.Miami or Seattle D/ST? #StartSitESPN - Malcolm Hex (@CeeEmEss) November 27, 2016Both are really nice options, but Im siding with Miami, given the Seahawks are dealing with multiple injuries to their starting secondary talents and are missing Michael Bennett, their best edge rusher. The Dolphins are second in pressure rate this season, so they could tee off on Colin Kaepernick today. -- J.M.@ESPNFantasy #StartSitESPN will McCoy be ready/worthy today? Or should we swap for Ware?!- Tina Trozic (@RNtinaa) November 27, 2016Word is Shady is ready for a full workload, especially with Mike Gillislee sidelined. I trust McCoy over Ware, although both are nice options. -- J.M.@ESPNFantasy #StartSitESPN Flex. Standard Scoring. Doug Martin or Rishard Matthews? - tfw no SuMo (@LuxrayOneShot) November 27, 2016With efficiency escaping his game so far, Martin is tough to trust over Matthews strong share of the Titans passing offense. Im siding with the Titans weapon, since his touchdown upside is more impressive, given the recent sample. -- J.M.Pryor or starks standard? #StartSitESPN- ER (@sckc6566) November 27, 2016Prefer Pryor by a gd margin, as Starks is mired in a share with Ty Montgomery on a team that is ultimately pass-heavy. -- J.M.@ESPNFantasy Carlos Hyde or Devontae Bker #StartSitESPN - Derek Flores (@Dwrek_21) November 27, 2016Have Bker just ahead of Hyde, as his ability to net receptions supports a higher yardage flr. -- J.M.#StartSitESPN Ware or Gurley? @ESPNFantasy #FFNow- Meghan Savicke (@Mksavicke) November 27, 2016Have Ware ahead of Gurley, simply based on his ability to build out more impressive scrimmage numbers as one of the more productive receiving backs in the league. -J.M.#StartSitESPN Std league, RB3 help: Start Freeman, Doug Martin or Jonathon Stewart? - JR Langelier (@jeyoure) November 27, 2016Still love Freeman here, even as Coleman is back, as hes the best talent of this trio and is in the superior offense. -- J.M.Hyde or Boyd at flex? #StartSitESPN- Steven Bradley (@SBradley71) November 27, 2016Prefer Hyde and his ability to net a nice batch of touches over the risk/reward of Boyds increase in target share on the Bengals. -- J.M.@ESPNFantasy #StartSitESPN better FLEX Fitz. Or Ty Montgomery PPR - Gordie Raynes (@Gordie207) November 27, 2016Fitz is in a nice spot as the top target in a game that could demand the Cardinals keep pace with one of the three best offenses in the league in the Falcons. -- J.M.@ESPNFantasy @ESPNFantasy Jennings, Stewart or crowell, pick one, standard #StartSitESPN- Jack D. (@JDubStep99) November 27, 2016Rashad Jennings has seen a sizable surge in opportunity of late, averaging 22 touches over the past two games. The opportunity has been there all season in some sense, as he has at least 13 touches in every outing, but just lately is he seeing a workhorse workload. The Browns have allowed the most points per drive and touchdowns per drive, setting up the Giants for a nice outing. More specifically, Cleveland has yielded the second-most rushing yards to backs and a generous 4.62 yards per carry. Oh yeah, go with Jennings. -- J.M.@ESPNFantasy mark Ingram or Tim Hightower #StartSitESPN- DJ HOMER (@djh0mer) November 27, 2016I trust Hightower just slightly more here, especially if the Saints build a lead and lk to a volume-driven option to close out the clock. Its a tough call and a murky backfield share at this point, but Im simply leaning with the healthier back with a stronger penchant as the teams closer. -- J.M.Baldwin or Cper #StartSitESPN- Trent Driggers (@trentdriggers11) November 27, 2016I love both options but will side with Amari Cper and his 25 percent share of a higher-volume passing game and a potentially inviting matchup with the Panthers Daryl Worley, who ranks 87th in coverage grading among corners on Pro Ftball Focus on the season. -- J.M.#StartSitESPN Jordan Matthews or k Benjamin standard league- Anthony (@Lblegend33) November 27, 2016Siding with Matthews here, as the Packers have allowed the most points per drive by 16 percent over the past three games and rank second worst in the league in pass coverage on Pro Ftball Focus. Combine the matchup ingredients with the fact that Matthews has at least 10 targets in each of his past four games -- ranked ninth in the league in targets per game over this stretch -- and his strong flr for catches and yards is more impressive than Kelvin Benjamins touchdown potential. -- J.M.12 team, standard. Need a streaming option with Luck out this week - Carson Wentz or Ryan Tannehill? #StartSitESPN- Seth T (@sht75) November 27, 2016Even as passing volume had dipped for Miami with Jay Ajayi proving proficient, I really like Tannehills home setup here against a San Francisco defense that has ceded the most points per drive and second-highest per-drive touchdown rate since Week 2. Wentz has a nice matchup, as well, but the Dolphins superior receivers and big-play/downfield usage is more inviting. -- J.M.@ESPNFantasy terrelle Pryor or Davante Adams #StartSitESPN- Avanthi (@achat103) November 27, 2016Pryor claims a 26 percent market share of the Browns passing offense, which helps support a steady fantasy pattern. Adams has also enjoyed a nice usage rate, but not with the consistency of Pryor, who is my choice here, as Josh McCowns likely top target. -- J.M.#StartSitESPN Tyrell Williams or Latavius Murray?- Lorenzo Greco (@Italy2851) November 27, 2016Outside of the huge multi-touchdown game against Denver, Murray has been somewhat pedestrian for much of the season with Oakland still splitting usage among the teams three tailbacks. That said, I prefer Williams, who is a top-20 fantasy wideout in per-game production despite having two no-show outings against Denvers elite secondary. The Texans have been solid, but Williams has roughly a 20 percent share of the targets for a San Diego offense that is seventh best on a per-drive basis. -- J.M.Lamar Miller, Jordan Howard, or Latavius Murray? #StartSitESPN @ESPNFantasy- Eric Frank (@efrank37) November 27, 2016Miller is in a nice spot here, as the Chargers have yielded the sixth-most fantasy points per game to opposing backs, and he consumes a dominant share of the workload for the Houston ground game. -- J.M.Philip Rivers or Tom Brady #StartSitESPN- Don Clark (@dclark9) November 27, 2016Even with the knee ailment, Im sticking with Brady here given that the Pats are the top AFC team in points per drive (2.91) since he tk the helm in Week 5. The Jets are also suspect in the secondary, adding to his welcoming outcome spectrum. -- J.M.Tevin Coleman vs Hopkins ppr league one point per reception #StartSitESPN- David Prati (@davidprati1) November 27, 2016Still riding with Nuk on this one, as his strong target share will lead to some nice outings, just not with the efficiency or effectiveness his talent suggests. With the Cardinals proving solid against the run and as a defense in whole, I prefer to wait-and-see with Coleman this week. -- J.M.@ESPNFantasy #StartSitESPN with gronk activated, where is he ranked and would you start him or will tye at te- Anthony Fabrikant (@AnthonyFabrikan) November 27, 2016Expectations are a bit tempered given any risks of limited snaps or targets, but Gronk faces a soft Jets secondary that has ceded the 13th-most fantasy points to the position. I have Gronk as the third or fourth tight end of the week, so hes ahead of Tye by a solid margin given his red zone appeal alone. -- J.M.Julian Edelman or Michael Thomas? #StartSitESPN- Singles for Gurleys (@Singles4Gurleys) November 27, 2016Going with Edelman and his dominant market share of the offense, as he has 26 more targets than any other New England player since Week 5. -- J.M.#StartSitESPN Standard. gronk or landry flex? Brady v. Carr?- Kevin Gray (@kevinhgray) November 27, 2016Gronk and Brady. Jarvis Landry has just one more target than DeVante Parker since Week 6, and Brady is simply in charge of a stronger offense. --- J.M.Hopkins or Britt ppr#StartSitESPN- Chris Dettloff (@dettloff84) November 27, 2016With a lack of vertical passing for Jared Goff so far -- just 4.35 yards per attempt in his debut -- I prefer taking the risk/reward angle on Hopkins. -- J.M.
